Allowing applicants to name their own price means we need to support this with sponsorship money to cover the costs. That's where Tech North and AutoTrader come in. With their help we are able to run this scheme.
Please note that your application will be treated with the utmost privacy, and we will not publicly announce who the community tickets go to (though you're welcome to say so yourself).
We ask ourselves the following questions
Will this person benefit from attending Leanconf?
Are they going to maximise their time at Leanconf. Learn as much as they can and create new connections. We can usually tell by how passionate someone is and how much effort they have put into the application.
Is this person trying to get a cheap ticket?
If you are submitting an application due to lack of funds we will look at your circumstances closely.
We are a community run, volunteer staffed event. It's all organised in our free time. If you can afford to pay for a ticket then please do, it will help us make Leanconf a sustainable event.
This is not a way to get cheap tickets if you are a consultant or employed by a larger organisation.
We release applications in rounds. After the applications close we will let you know if you have been successful a few days after the application rounds deadline.
We will send you an email.
A ticket to attend the conference day on the 22nd April. With that you get lunch, refreshments and an invite to the evening event.
