Getting to the Venue
The event will all take place in and around the town hall. There are lots of hotel options close by. Manchester is a small city and is easily walkable.
Tram / Metro Shuttle Bus
Rail
In most cases your train will arrive at Manchester Piccadilly or Victoria stations. From there you can use the instructions above to get to the venue.
Some local trains will stop at Deansgate or Oxford Road stations. These are a short walk away from the venue.
Road
Please note: If you are using a Sat. Nav. system the geographic post code for the town hall is M2 5DB.
Note - Parking is extremely difficult near the town hall because of the improvement work going on in the city. You may be able to find a pay and display parking bay.
There are a number of car parks in Manchester city centre operated by NCP. Contact them on or visit their website to find out where they are and current charges.
Air
If you are flying into Manchester airport then the easiest way to get into the centre is to catch the train.
The airport train leaves every 10 minutes and takes around 20 minutes to get into the city centre (Manchester Piccadilly station).
You can then transfer to the comprehensive public transport network.

All rooms are held on an on-line system, allowing you to book and secure your own accommodation using either pro-forma invoices or credit/debit card.
